Return Policy

At Muh Paws we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Sometimes, the item you receive is just not what you expected, and we understand. That's why we offer an easy, no questions asked, 30-day return policy.

  • Return for refund within: 30 days
  • Products sold 'as is' are not eligible for return
  • Used products cannot be returned
  • Buyer pays for all return shipping costs

ORDER CANCELLATION

To be eligible for order cancellation please contact us within 24-hours after your order is placed. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped or during order processing. To receive a refund after the 24-hour period, please allow for your order to be delivered. Then follow the return instructions on this page.

RETURN CENTER

Please start your return by using our Returns Center, this will only take a few minutes.

STEP 1 - Enter your email address and click 'Start a Return' to begin the return process.

STEP 2 - Check your inbox for a return authorization email with instructions on how to return your item(s) and get your refund.

STEP 3 - Select a reason for your return and click 'Return Items'.

STEP 4 - Review return information and click 'Confirm Return & Refund'.

That's it! We will authorize your return once we've had a chance to review the return details. A shipping label will be sent to your email once the return has been approved.

REFUND INFORMATION

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please anticipate a 48-hour period for item inspection once the return is received. Your refund will be issued after inspection, but only in the event that the item was not damaged, misused, or otherwise altered by the Buyer. Your refund will include the total order value minus the cost of return shipping. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

In some special cases, we may offer to accept a return on an item that was received more than 30 days ago. This is solely at our discretion and we are under no obligation to accept any item as a return that was received more than 30 days ago. In the event that we accept a return after the return deadline of 30 days, we will charge a 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
